Layout of Building and Fireplaces
Note that that due to the age and nature of the property there are uneven floors, narrow stairs and some very low beams especially in Camelot's bathroom & Merlin's bedroom, not to mention low door heights! For safety purposes all fireplaces are inoperative. Due to the huge amount of old timbers in the suites no lighted candles are allowed in any suite and a strict no smoking policy applies.
Smoking
Wizards Thatch is a STRICT non smoking establishment. You are welcome to smoke in the designated smoking area of the garden.
Car Parking
We are limited on car parking but there is a car park opposite the establishment. Car parking is at the owner’s risk.
Cancellation policy and Disclaimer
A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation at Wizards Thatch Alderley Edge in Alderley Edge. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 22:00 local time 2 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. Due to the ancient layout of the property the owner assumes no responsibility for the safety of guests.
